Commenters were quick to recommend several providers, which include Squareone Insurance, Harboured, CIBC and Scotiabank home insurance and TD Melloche Monnex, which has a limited clientele. | Some in the thread were concerned about whether it will become increasingly difficult to insure their homes in Oak Bay in the event of an earthquake, with some saying that providers are now limiting coverage to homes within certain postal codes. Some also said that rates are βa lot moreβ than they were. Some of this awareness coincides with the the increasing awareness that Washington State, Oregon, and British Columbia are located in a zone that can produce the worldβs biggest earthquakes and tsunamis.
