How to tell us
Email hello@news.oakbaylocal.com with the page or issue, what looks wrong, and a source if you have one. A screenshot helps. You do not need a formal letter.
What we do
A typo gets a quiet fix. A wrong fact, a wrong phone number, or a headline that overstated the story gets changed on the page, and we note it here when the change is substantive. Saturday emails stay as they were sent. The website can be updated after the fact.
